Before joining Team Gratia, Kweku served as Liaison Officer for International Trade with Lamens Ventures of the Dams Group of Companies, where he coordinated cross-border business operations and facilitated international trade engagements. His earlier experience with Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana)
Limited where he spent seven years affords him a deep understanding of banking operations, financial compliance, and client relationship management.
Beyond his legal practice, Kweku contributes to community development as the Focal City Project Officer (Accra) for Women in Informal Employment: Globalizing and Organizing (WIEGO), supporting initiatives that promote women’s economic empowerment in the informal economy.
